Coffee Talks - Join other SFNOMA members to discuss topics such as salary negotiations, recession, landing the job, etc. Coffee and snacks provided by SFNOMA.
BIG FIRM/small firm MIXER - If you are an owner, partner or in a leadership position in any AEC firm that is actively looking for other firms to partner with across the Bay Area, the BIG FIRM/small firm MIXER is meant for you! SFNOMA will be hosting 4 mixers a year as we work with SF's MOHCD and other AHJs to partner and collaborate for BIPOC owned firms to grow their portfolio of work.
Mentorship - SFNOMA will host 2 events that allow for mentorship matching within the SFNOMA community. If you are looking to become a mentor/mentee within the AEC industry or adjacent to the AEC industry, this event is for you!
Resume/Portfolio Building Reviews - SFNOMA is here to support you as you are looking for employment or preparing for graduate school! We will host a Resume/Portfolio Building Review twice a year for our members. If you are in need of support, please look out for our events.

Student Membership (SFNOMA):
NOMA Conference Registration - SFNOMA sponsors one NOMAS student from each Bay Area NOMAS chapter. If you are a student at University of San Francisco, CCA, UC Berkeley, and/or Academy of Art University, please fill out the form here.
Firm Tours - SFNOMA is working with local AEC firms to provide tours for students. Come and connect with professionals at firms that you might be interested in working for as an intern or in the future post graduation. These opportunities are meant for NOMAS students and Emerging Professionals.
Barbara G. Laurie SDC Reviews - SFNOMA supports our NOMAS chapters to submit for the NOMA Student Design Competition. We can set up private reviews for your NOMAS chapters to receive feedback for your submission. SFNOMA will also be providing a $200 stipend for chapters that move on to Round 2 to go toward model making.
