SOUND TRANSIT – LINK LIGHT RAIL DIVISION

Salary Range to $96,000.00 (DOQ)

This position is responsible for performing a full range of senior technical and/or team leader roles for assigned architectural project(s); includes managing the communication and coordination of architectural, urban design, and landscape activities among Agency staff/consultants, design engineers/architects, local jurisdictions, transit agency staff, and affected community and business groups during the various phases of assigned projects.

The successful candidate will also assume responsibility for planning, design, and implementation of architectural project(s) or project elements that support service delivery including defining scope and schedule and participating in implementation.

Pulte Homes, one of the nation’s top home builders, is seeking an experienced Multi-Family Residential Architect for it Northern California Area Architectural Services Department.  AutoCAD proficiency is required with the ability to coordinate projects and draft documents.  Responsibilities will include overseeing design development, production of construction documents and construction administration on multiple projects and/or projects for quality control purposes.  Has client contact and ability to direct, control and monitor all project activities.  CA Architectural License Preferred.

Qualified candidates should have:  5 – 7 years design and technical experience, BA, BArch, or MArch – Proficiency in AutoCAD – Ability to work well in a team environment.

McLarand Vasquez Emsiek & Partners, Inc. is an award winning California based architectural firm that is seeking qualified candidates to work on significant commercial, residential and large scale mixed-use and urban infill projects within the U.S.  We are looking for creative, collaborative individuals with demonstrated aptitude in design and/or production.

Proficiency with AutoCAD is required to work on diverse projects, including Mixed Use, Type I to V Multi-Family Residential.  Positions require 6-8 yrs. Architectural exp. - min. 4 years residential.  Successful candidates will be responsible for developing design details and providing design support in the preparation of design documents from conceptual design through schematic design and into design development and construction documents in support of the design and then production teams.   Works under the direction of a Project and/or Senior Designer.

Qualified candidates should have:  3-7 years design /and/or technical experience, BA, BArch – Proficiency in AutoCAD – Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually.  Current Architectural License preferred.  U.S. project experience required.
